Weekdays can be very stressful and Hard for Students and to those who are working. It is hard for us to give our best in our work, class and everyday activity without having this mouth-watering Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. It is said to be that this "3" plays a big role in our everyday life activity. Asians like me are fond of eating, specially Viands with Plenty of rice, Oh Yes Rice! Do you know that 90% of the World crop is grown and consumed in Asia?, and in The Recent Survey of Wikipedia, China got the no. 1 record of World Top Rice Production And Consumption, And The Philippines got the No. 8. spot.

Rice is Considered as the most important staple food for a large part of the world's human population. Asians by Culture and Tradition Loved Rice and it is not behind our knowing that most of the Food we Asians cooked or make are mixed with Rice and one of the example of that is Japanese Sushi, Furikake rice, Rice bowls, rice balls and rice cakes. There are a lot of Different kind of Rice from red to Black Rice but Unfortunately I am just going to discuss all about White and Brown Rice as what the title of this article says, but don't worry there will be something for red, black and others soon.

Brown and White are Both Rice and seeds of the monocot plant Oryza Sativa But what is the Difference Between White Rice and Brown Rice?

Brown has a greater Nutritional value than white, since the outer brown coatings contain the proteins and minerals; the white endosperm is chiefly carbohydrate and lacks some important nutrients compared to brown rice. Brown rice is highly esteemed by nutritionists because it has plenty of fiber and nutrients that have been removed from white rice; even enriched white rice will contain less of these nutrients, typically half as much. Brown also has nutrients like magnesium, manganese, and zinc. White rice has reduced levels of nutrients, but is often fortified with iron, and some B vitamins. The only disadvantage of brown rice is that it takes 45 minutes to cook on the stove; a pressure cooker will cut that time span. But, with a little planning, you can enjoy the benefits of brown rice like it is more flavorful, Chewy and Nutty Taste than white and not only its Nutritional Values. Polished white rice is just a simple carbohydrate (like potatoes, white bread and yellow pasta). Nutritionists prefer brown rice because of its Nutritional Values. Like white flour, white rice has had most of the nutritional value removed, along with its flavor and texture.

Brown have been advocated as healthier alternatives since 19th Century, but White rice is still the usual rice we see and get in all restaurants, so you will probably have to get most of your brown rice at home.

In Addition, German and Swiss researchers have engineered rice to produce Beta-carotene, with the intent that it might someday be used to treat vitamin A deficiency. I think everything I wrote here is clearer than crystals that Brown is the Better than White Rice but Brown is often sold in some Grocery Stores here in our City, that's why It is also often for me to cook Brown Rice at home. Some says that Brown Rice is Very Expensive but let me tell you this, What you are buying is worth the money you are spending for it and You Need to pamper your body by giving the right nutrients or good foods it needs. If you Get sick in the near future that will be the time that you'll be spending more money than how much you are spending for brown rice. Expensive or Not, What matters most is Your Health!
