Chinese Chilli Prawns and Rice

This dish features a delicious combination of prawns with chilli and rice. Whether or cooked shrimp can be used raw. Although raw shrimp are a better use of the absorption of the marinade flavor. The end result is very similar to fried rice, even if a wok is not necessary.

Ingredients

ShrimpMarinade:

Ginger

Garlic

Rice

Water

Onion

Mushrooms

Sweetcorn

Instructions

Marinated shrimp

Chop ginger, garlic and chilli (CHOP so fresh) finely. Mix this ground sesame oil, soy sauce and light black pepper.
