Omelet rice is a variation of the traditional Korean dish, Bokeum Bap (Fried Rice). Omelet rice was invented so that more children would lean towards traditional dishes as well as add an extra bit of flavor in case some people thought that it lacked something. Here's how to make this delicious dish.
For this dish, the things you will need are: rice (leftover rice in the refrigerator work just as well), onions, ham (or any other meat product you have lying around), peas, corn, carrots, and a couple of eggs. First we will prepare the vegetables, but there are not many preparations for the vegetables. All you have to do is cut the carrots in small little cubes and fairly dice the onions fairly. As for the ham, cut that into fairly small pieces as well.

Now it's time to start cooking. Grab a little olive oil to coat the pan. Once the oil has heated up, put in the leftover rice as well as all the vegetables as well as the ham. Add some soy sauce so that the rice doesn't clump and cook it until it gets a nice aroma nd there are no clumps of soy sauce and no lumps of rice. While cooking this in a pan, we have to prepare the omelet for the omelet rice. Grab a couple of eggs and beat them in a small bowl. Add some salt and pepper to the eggs. In another pan about the same size, turn the heat on medium heat and cook the eggs. While cooking the eggs, spread the egg around evenly in the pan so that you get a circle. Cook until the eggs are done.
Once both the eggs and fried rice are done, grab a plate, spoon a good amount of fried rice onto the plate, and lay the omelet on top. For an added flavor, put some ketchup on top of the egg. This dish is fairly simple to make, so teach your friends how to make this dish today.
