Not only that, in a study by the University of Rochester in New York showed that some vitamin fractions in rice bran oil maybe be useful for cholesterol control although the study is limited to lab animals. Further studies has also show that it can boost the activity of enzymes in our liver so that it can clear toxic substances and even reduce the risk of liver cancer! An alternative would be olive oil and the benefits of olive oil would warrant a separate article on its own. Having said that you should give it a go.
